To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
• Be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
• Include its original packaging, tags, certificates, manuals, and all accompanying accessories.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
• For products such as perfumes, cosmetics, or swimwear, hygiene seals must remain intact.
• Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

3. Exclusions
For reasons of quality and craftsmanship, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Personalized or made-to-order products.
• Final sale or discounted items.
• Items showing signs of wear or alteration.

4. Return procedure
1. Submit your return request within the established period through our customer service or online return form.
2. Carefully repackage the item in its original box and wrapping.
3. Include your proof of purchase or invoice.
4. Use the provided return label or send the parcel to the address indicated.
5. Retain your shipping receipt until we confirm receipt of the item.

Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days after approval for the refund to appear.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to you without reimbursement.

6. Return shipping costs
• If the return results from an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For returns made at the customer’s discretion, shipping costs will be borne by the client.

GIOT SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
Each GIOT order is prepared with care. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
2. Shipping Method
GIOT ships exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
We offer the following delivery options:
- USPS Ground Advantage — estimated 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail — estimated 2–3 business days
- USPS Express Mail — estimated 1–2 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Area
GIOT currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including U.S. territories and PO boxes.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking link. You may track your shipment directly at www.usps.com.
5. Delivery & Signature
For your security, orders valued over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
USPS may also require a signature at its discretion based on destination or package value.
6. Delivery Delays
We take pride in ensuring prompt delivery. However, GIOT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All GIOT orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, GIOT is no longer responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Any concerns regarding delivery must be addressed directly with USPS using your provided tracking information.
